Pot Luck runs four F&B outlets across two brands. Sales, stock and cost of goods were reconciled by hand at the end of every day — slow, error-prone, and always a step behind.

Each outlet's POS was an island. Stock and COGS were worked out in spreadsheets after the fact, so margins were a guess, double-counting crept in, and stockouts surfaced too late.

We built one live system: a POS at every outlet feeding straight into shared stock, COGS and accounting across both brands. Owners see trusted, live numbers across all four locations — the stockouts and double-counting are gone, and the day closes itself.
